Chosen by Mercers Solicitors as charity of the year

Throughout 2020, partners and employees from Mercers will support the Charlie Waller Trust by fundraising, and a team of four from the firm will be running the Reading Half Marathon in April. Support the Mercers team through JustGiving.

Supporting good mental health is tremendously important, and so we are delighted to have the Charlie Waller Trust as our charity partner this year.  We are looking forward to raising funds for them so they may continue their excellent work promoting mental wellbeing among young people in educational establishments, the workplace and elsewhere.

Ongoing support from organisations such as this makes a real difference and enables us to teach more schools, universities, FE colleges and workplaces about the importance of mental health.

Ensuring young people know how to stay mentally well and talk openly about depression and other mental health difficulties is essential and with Mercers’ support, we will be able to increase our work with the local community.
