It is important to look after your mental health and wellbeing when working remotely and self-care is really important at this time.

We have adapted our workplace wellbeing action plan so that it can be used while working from home, and for managers supporting staff who are working remotely.

This is a personalised, practical tool that we can all use whether or not we have a mental health issue. There are sections for you to complete, including a positive daily plan.
